I fulfil this competency by registering for the 49th International Mental Health Nursing Conference hosted by the ACMHN. I have also included a copy of my certificate and academic transcript from Alison.com where I completed an online course in Communication Essentials Attached also is a copy of redacted medical consultation notes which demonstrates my approach to person-centred care. Here is a copy of a letter of reference from a peer supporting my claims for Standards 2, 5, 6 & 7. |
